面對全球人口老齡化挑戰與健康需求轉型，主動健康（Proactive Health）正成為促進健康老齡化、提升老年健康壽命與優化長期照護體系的重要路徑。在健康中國戰略、積極應對人口老齡化國家戰略及香港銀髮經濟發展背景下，主動健康與老齡化相關研究持續深化，跨學科、跨領域協同創新需求日益增強。加強全球範圍內科研、臨床與產業交流合作，對於推動主動健康理念創新、老齡健康服務優化及健康老齡化實踐發展具有重要意義。
Faced with the challenges of global population aging and the transformation of health demands, proactive health has become a vital approach to foster healthy aging, extend healthy life expectancy for the elderly and optimize the long-term care system. Against the backdrop of the Healthy China Initiative, the national strategy for actively responding to population aging, and the development of the silver economy in Hong Kong, research on proactive health and aging has been further advanced, bringing growing demands for interdisciplinary and cross-sector collaborative innovation. Strengthening exchanges and cooperation among scientific research, clinical practice and industries worldwide is of great significance for advancing conceptual innovation of proactive health, optimizing elderly health services and promoting the implementation of healthy aging initiatives.
首屆主動健康與老齡化國際論壇已於2025年在香港大學醫學院圓滿舉辦。大會匯聚耶魯大學、約翰霍普金斯大學、曼徹斯特大學、新加坡國立大學等全球30餘所知名高校專家、學者近500人參與會議，形成了跨學科、跨領域交流特色，為推動主動健康與健康老齡化領域的國際合作與學術交流奠定了良好基礎。
The 1st Proactive Health and Aging International Forum was successfully held at the Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine, The University of Hong Kong in 2025. The event attracted nearly 500 experts and scholars from over 30 renowned universities across the globe, including Yale University, Johns Hopkins University, the University of Manchester and the National University of Singapore. It has built a distinctive platform for interdisciplinary and cross-field exchanges, laying a solid foundation for international academic communication and cooperation in the field of proactive health and healthy aging.
基於此，第二屆主動健康與老齡化國際論壇（The 2nd International Forum on Proactive Health and Aging）定於2026年8月23日至25日在中國香港舉辦。論壇將依託香港國際化學術交流優勢，匯聚全球科研、臨床與產業領域專家學者，聚焦主動健康與老齡化領域的前沿科學問題，促進科研創新、臨床實踐與健康服務體系之間的協同發展。我們誠摯歡迎廣大同仁積極報名參會，共襄盛會。
Accordingly, the 2nd International Forum on Proactive Health and Aging (PHA) will be held in Hong Kong, China from August 23 to 25, 2026. Leveraging Hong Kong』s strengths in international academic exchanges, the forum will gather distinguished experts and scholars from global scientific research, clinical and industrial communities. It will focus on cutting-edge scientific issues concerning proactive health and aging, and facilitate coordinated development of scientific and technological innovation, clinical practice and health service systems. We sincerely welcome all colleagues to register and participate in this grand event.

- 國際協同交流平台：論壇將匯聚來自全球醫學、公共衞生、數字健康及老齡科學領域的專家學者與行業代表，促進跨區域、跨機構與跨學科合作交流，推動主動健康與健康老齡化領域國際合作網絡建設。

I. Forum Positioning
- International Exchange & Cooperation Platform
The forum will bring together experts, scholars and industry practitioners worldwide in the fields of medicine, public health, digital health and geroscience. It aims to boost cross-regional, cross-institutional and interdisciplinary exchanges and collaboration, and advance the development of an international cooperation network for proactive health and healthy aging.
2. Focus on Frontier Scientific Topics
The forum will organize special sessions and interdisciplinary discussions centering on proactive health, healthy aging, digital health, artificial intelligence and other research areas to facilitate the sharing of latest research achievements.
3. Integration of Research, Clinical Practice and Industry
It will promote in-depth integration between basic research, clinical practice, health management and industrial innovation, and accelerate the transformation and application of key technologies and service models in the field of proactive health.
4. Prospects for Future Health Technologies
The forum will explore development trends and practical applications of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, digital therapeutics, smart wearable devices and intelligent health management in elderly health services.

This forum is open to global professionals engaged in research and practice related to geriatric medicine and healthy aging, including researchers from medical universities and research institutions, medical and nursing practitioners, multidisciplinary health care teams, as well as students in relevant fields.

4. Important Notes
(1) Registration is confirmed upon successful payment. The Organizing Committee will provide official conference materials and participant badges for all registered attendees.

(3) Pay Attention! No refunds will be granted after successful registration and payment, regardless of circumstances.
