招募倒計時｜第二屆香港「黃永玉」國際青年版畫藝術家扶持計劃招募中

第二屆「香港『黃永玉』國際青年版畫藝術家扶持計劃」已正式啟動。計劃由香港大公文匯傳媒集團發起，聯合主辦機構包括香港特區政府文化體育及旅遊局、香港特區政府民政及青年事務局，以及中央人民政府駐香港聯絡辦公室宣傳文體部，並獲香港藝術發展局、北京市文學藝術界聯合會支持，未來之星同學會協辦，中央美術學院版畫系提供學術支持。該計劃旨在推動中國版畫藝術的國際化發展，挖掘和培養國際青年版畫藝術人才，促進東西方文化藝術交流，為香港建設中外文化藝術交流中心注入強勁動力。

首屆「香港『黃永玉』國際青年版畫藝術家扶持計劃」於2024年啟動，以香港為起點，面向全球公開徵集青年版畫創作，吸引來自港澳台、內地及海外多地藝術家踴躍參與。經專業評審，最終遴選逾百位青年藝術家入圍，並於2025年8月假香港會展中心舉辦首屆年度展覽，隨後展覽巡迴至浙江、湖南等地，獲得學界與公眾廣泛關注。項目透過展覽、出版及媒體推廣等多元形式，為青年版畫藝術家提供專業展示平台，亦為當代版畫藝術的交流與發展貢獻新生力量。

一、第二屆招募重要時間節點：

公開招募：截至2026 年 2 月 28 日晚間24:00（北京時間）

專業推薦：截至2026 年 3 月 31 日晚間24:00（北京時間）

報名公示：2026年5月

香港年度展覽：2026年8月1日 - 8月28日（地址：香港藝發局展藝館香港黃竹坑業勤街39號，39 Yip Kan Street, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong）

二、參與資格

1.本計劃開放予全球年滿18歲且不超過40歲（以身份證件信息為準）的版畫藝術家。

2.每位藝術家最多可提交5件作品，無論以個人或團體名義參與。作品需為五年內（即2021年1月1日後）創作的作品，第一屆入圍藝術家可以继续报名參與，但第一屆已參展的作品不可重複投遞。

三、作品要求

1.作品呈現方式不限，可為版畫、綜合材料、裝置、影像、行為等，作品的主要創作媒介需以版畫為主。

2.須附以一段不超過100字的中文或英文說明（可選擇其中一種語言），闡釋作品的創作目的/概念。

四、作品格式

1.所有作品必須是藝術家原創作品。

2.遞交作品格式須為JPG、PDF、MP4、MOV（圖片每張不大於2MB，視頻每個不大於50MB且時長不超過三分鐘）。

3.不符合上述要求的作品不獲受理或取消資格。

4.入選作品須提供不低於300dpi的高清圖片（格式為TIFF或JPG）以供後期展覽宣傳及展冊印刷使用。

5.入選作品需按規定時間提供原作以供展覽使用。

五、遞交方法

1.藝術家可通過扶持計劃網站中「藝術家報名」端口進行報名。

2.報名頁面需藝術家提供姓名、聯繫方式（電子郵箱、電話）、身份證明，學歷背景，獲獎經歷，作品文件等材料。

3.計劃保留隨時更改報名期限的日期和時間的獨有酌情權。

4.計劃對參選作品有篩選權利和絕對酌情權。

5.計劃或會按其獨有酌情權，為藝術家提供額外提交作品的機會。

六、關於「專業推薦報名」

「專業推薦報名」指經專業推薦通道參與的藝術家，經形式審核通過後，將直接進入複評階段，無需參與初評。一般可通過以下四種方式（任選其一）提交：

1. 由政府登記的合法藝術家團體推薦；
2. 由成立滿五年的藝術院校推薦；
3. 由兩位副教授以上或同等級別的專家、知名策展人聯合推薦；
4. 由往屆合作機構推薦。

特別注意：藝術家須於報名平台「作品上傳區」一併上傳有效推薦信，否則視為公開渠道報名。

七、注意事項

提交作品即表示參與者同意並遵守以下所有條款。若參與者違反任何條款，本計劃有權取消其入選資格。

• 作品必須為參與者原創，不得侵犯任何第三方的知識產權、隱私權或其他合法權益。
• 作品不得包含任何猥瑣、暴力、色情、誹謗、不雅或不適當的內容。
• 參與者須確保作品中使用的所有元素均已獲得合法授權，並可作出版、複製、印刷用途。
• 本計劃有權以任何形式媒體展示作品的內容、標題、簡介和參與者訊息，用於展示、出版、展覽、宣傳或任何商業或非商業活動。
• 本計劃有權在全球範圍內使用入選作品，包括但不限於展覽、宣傳、出版及媒體報道。
• 參與者須自負相關的知識產權法律責任。如有任何違反版權和其他知識產權法例的行為，該人士將承擔所有有關法律責任及其相關責任。
• 評審團的決定為最終決定，參與者不得異議。入選作品及參與者姓名和簡介可能會在本計劃網站或社交媒體平台上公開展示。
• 入選者將在結果公布後收到電郵通知，若在獲得通知後的一星期內未有回覆，其資格將被取消。

About the Hong Kong 「Huang Yongyu」 Global Young Printmaking Artists Incubation Programme

The second edition of the "Hong Kong 'Huang Yongyu' International Young Printmakers Support Program" has officially launched. Initiated by the Hong Kong Ta Kung Wen Wei Media Group, the program is jointly organized by the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, and the Publicity, Culture and Sports Department of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. It is supported by the Hong Kong Arts Development Council and the Beijing Federation of Literary and Art Circles, co-organized by the  Future Star Federation of Student, and receives academic support from the Printmaking Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts. The Program aims to promote the international development of Chinese printmaking art, discover and nurture young international printmaking talents, facilitate cultural and artistic exchanges between the East and the West, and inject strong momentum into Hong Kong's development as a center for international cultural and artistic exchange.

1. WorkRequirements

Presentation format is not restricted. Works may include:

• Printmaking
• Mixed media
• Installation
• Video
• Performance

The primary medium must be printmaking.

Each work must include a brief description (≤100 words) in Chinese or English describing the intention/concept.

III. File Specifications

All submitted works must be original works by the artist.

Acceptable file formats:

• Images: JPG or PDF, ≤5MB each
• Videos: MP4 or MOV, ≤50MB, running time ≤3 minutes

Submissions not meeting specifications will not be accepted.

Finalists must provide high-resolution images (≥300 dpi, TIFF or JPG) for catalogue and publicity.

5. Data Authorization

Submission constitutes consent for the Programme to use personal information and artwork images for non-commercial publicity, exhibition, publication, and official communication.

6. Copyright

Artists must ensure no rights are infringed.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to revoke participation if infringement occurs.

7. Disclaimer

The Organizing Committee is not liable for losses caused by force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, transportation issues).

Support will be provided where possible.

8. Judging and Results

• Jury decisions are final and binding.
• Names and artworks of shortlisted artists may be published.
• Finalists must reply within one week of notification or risk disqualification.

9. Exhibition Arrangements

Data will be used solely for administrative purposes and may be shared with external service providers when necessary.
